Position Overview: As a Phone Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of Portland Street Honda—reaching out to our valued customers for a variety of reasons, including appointment reminders and follow-ups, sales campaigns, and customer satisfaction surveys. Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to current and potential customers Follow up on appointments, vehicle purchases, and marketing campaigns Update and manage customer information in our CRM system Book appointments and respond to general inquiries Represent Portland Street Honda with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude

What We’re Looking For: Strong verbal communication and listening skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Organized and detail-oriented Previous experience in sales and customer service is a major asset Automotive and Marketing knowledge is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,900.00 + performance bonus per year
